7 Keys Group Coaching Program

Do you want support changing your current work-life balance situation? Do you need help changing how you are working in order to enjoy living more? Do you want to integrate the 7 Keys to Work-Life Balance into your life to create Your Work, Your Life … Your Way?

If you answered ‘yes’ to the above questions, the 7 Keys Group Coaching Program is a convenient and powerful way to make enhanced work-life balance a priority and a reality.

Participants in the 7 Keys Group Coaching Program will:

  • Discuss the 7 keys and 7 barriers to work-life balance and examine how they impact their life
  • Focus on specific, personal work-life balance challenges and develop action steps that work for you
  • Receive coaching for increased awareness and action from Julie Cohen in both group and individual settings
  • Create a small community that provides motivation, support and insight in an engaging group environment
  • See real progress based on your preferred work-life balance priorities.

How Does It Work?

Before the first group coaching call, you will complete introductory exercises to clarify your focus and goals for the 7 Keys coaching.  In addition, you will have a half-hour individual coaching session with Julie before the group starts to lay your foundation for group coaching, define your specific work-life balance objectives and obstacles, and customize an approach that works best for you.

For a four-month period, you will participate in a conference call two times each month where Julie and the group members “meet.”  Like individual coaching, you will complete fieldwork exercises between sessions to move you toward your work-life balance goals.  For the duration of the program, you have access to Julie via email and during a monthly call-in coaching hour for more individual support.

7 Keys Group Coaching Program includes:

  • Introductory exercises to lay the foundation of your coaching focus
  • One half-hour individual coaching session with Julie
  • Eight (8) one hour group coaching sessions – two times per month, for four months
  • Additional support from Julie via email for the duration of the group coaching program
  • Monthly call-in coaching hour for additional individual coaching
  • Signed copy of Your Work, Your Life … Your Way: 7 Keys to Work-Life Balance and the 7 Keys Workbook and Journal: A Companion to Your Work, Your Life …  Your Way.

Fee for the 7 Keys Group Coaching Program:

  • $325 per month for four (4) months, billed each month on credit card

  • $1200 paid in full
